RV Site Rules
Anyone registered with PCCS (referred to hereafter as “resident”) are responsible for their own conduct, for the conduct of all members of their party, and for their guests’ conduct. PCCS will not tolerate any obnoxious, lewd or offensive behavior or activity, of any sort, that could interrupt and/or adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties using the event facilities. In the event of such activity, or the violation of any of the RV Site Rules, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave their site immediately, without a refund and may result in action needed by Terrell Police Department, Kaufman County Sheriff's Department, or TXDPS.
CHECK OUT TIME: By 5:00 PM on Monday, April 8, 2024.
NO IN AND OUT WITH YOUR RIG: You will be escorted to your site. Once there, unless there is an emergency, your rig cannot be moved until check out time. We appreciate your understanding. We wish enjoyment as well as safety for all parties on site.

“DRY CAMPING” TENT SITES: You will be offered a 15 x 15 site for tents on a concrete slab in our newly built, 20,000 SF. building
NO LIQUIDS CAN BE DUMPED OR POURED ON THE GROUNDS: This includes any liquid, of any kind, other than air conditioner condensation.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED:
Payment is due in full at the time of booking and all monies are nonrefundable. This arrangement does not constitute a landlord/tenant agreement. Payment for sites is entirely for services rendered under a host/guest agreement. According to Texas Penal Code Section 31:04(b), any guest (Resident) who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing a site for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will actively prosecute any violations under this “THEFT OF SERVICES LAW”.
NO REFUND POLICY: Fees are payable in advance and are NON-REFUNDABLE, under any circumstance. Please do not reserve the space if you are not sure about the commitment.
NO FIRES OTHER THAN GAS GRILLS: There are to be no fires or flames outside other than gas grills. This includes, but is not limited to fire pits, chimineas, gas heaters and candles. PCCS will be providing a secure bonfire on the property as part of festivities and is the only exception.
CHILDREN: All children twelve years of age and under must be under adult supervision (age 18 and over) at all times.
VEHICLES ALLOWED ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS: All vehicles must be driven or parked in areas specifically designated for this by PCCS.
PCCS GROUNDS and ACCESS TIMES: Vehicles will not be permitted in or out of PCCS between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, except for emergency, fire, police and authorized vehicles. No golf carts or ATVs permitted.
RESTRICTED AREAS: Our 12.6 acre campus will have certain restricted areas that are barricaded. Residents may not go beyond the barriers. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave immediately. This is for everyone’s safety.
GENERATOR EXHAUST OR NOISE: If your generator becomes an issue for excessive fumes or becomes a noise issue, you may be asked to shut it down.
QUIET HOURS ARE 10:00 PM TO 7:00 AM: Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time. Radios, stereos, TV’s, etc. are not allowed to be used outside of the RV during these hours. Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and everyone’s right to “peaceful enjoyment” of the grounds at all hours.
TRASH: Please place trash in the provided barrels.
PETS ON LEASH ONLY: We know you may be traveling with your pets and we want you to be responsible for them during your stay. Pets must be kept on a leash, at all times, when outside the RV. Pet owners are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by their pet. Pets are not allowed in any building. Please be courteous of others and pick up after your pet properly.
ZERO TOLERANCE ON DRUGS AND ALCHOHOL: We want this to be a family atmosphere and enjoyable for all ages. The use or possession of illegal drugs will result in the immediate expulsion from PCCS and may involve the action of the Terrell Police Department, Kaufman County Sherriff’s Department, or TXDPS.
RV SITE APPEARANCE: Please keep your site neat and clean. Laundry is not allowed to be hung outside All items must fit in your site area.
SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit anywhere around the RV Site Area is 5 mph.
GUEST LIMITATIONS: The maximum number of persons per site is six (family) or four (individuals). Management reserves the right to limit the number of persons and the length of stay at any time. If you have guests coming, they must park outside the grounds and walk into our grounds at PCCS.
LITTER: Please do not discard cigarette butts or any other type of litter on the ground.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES: PCCS (Poetry Community Christian School) is in no way responsible for any accidents, injuries, thefts, or any other loss or damage regardless of cause, negligence or omission. Residents agree to be responsible for any damage caused by their intentional acts and/or omissions.
TERMINATION OF RIGHT TO USE YOUR SITE: Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the RV Site Rules will result in the immediate termination of a resident’s right to use their site. Upon termination of a resident’s privileges, the resident and his/her party will be required to immediately vacate the assigned space and leave PCCS, without a refund.
